The Church of Christ hosts a variety of special events throughout the course of the year. We hold a General Conference once a year to conduct the business of the Church and a week long Youth Camp each summer. There are regional Reunions, Rallies and Retreats that are sponsored by the Local churches. These events are open to anyone who wishes to attend.

Between April 6-9 the 2025 General Conference will be held at the Church of Christ, Temple Lot, in Independence, Missouri, USA. The Church of Christ invites all members worldwide to attend this Conference in person or online.

The 2020 General Conference of the members of the Church of Christ will be held at the church headquarters, 200 S River, Independence, MO. There will be a Sacrament Service at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 5th and the business sessions will begin on Monday, April 6th at 9:00 a.m. The Conference will last until all business has been addressed. ***Note: There will be two days of fasting and prayer prior to this Conference on April 3rd and 4th, with Prayer Meetings held at the church headquarters.***
